招聘主管/Recruiting Supervisor
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicate with hiring manager in analysis hiring request;
2. Arrange hiring manager interview and tracking hiring status;
3. Resume and files management, maintain accurate candidate database;
4. Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct HR interview;
5. Coordinate with headhunting and follow up with managers on interview;
6. Conduct talent search for specific positions independently when needed;
7. Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process;
8. Prepare contract and offer letter, process the on-boarding procedures with HR;
9. Manage and improve the recruiting system and process;
10. Develop and maintain the recruiting channel
11. Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks, new hire orientation;
12. Train up new recruiters as a mentor;
13. Meet the monthly KPI target.
14. Assist recruiting manager in daily recruiting operation.
15. Asst. on other ad-hot HR affairs.


QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines;
2. 5 years relevant work experience in recruitment, preferable gained in headhunting firm; experience in campus hire is a plus;
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;
4. Positive attitude and able to take multiply task;
5. Have strong motivation and be willing to take leader role.
6. Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach;
7. Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry;
8. Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.

Preferred: Experience in IT outsourcing and leadership
